Rob has been
fishing for over 30 years and has been fly fishing
for around 20, he is a Game Angling Instructors
Association (GAIA) level 2 coach, qualified in both
Trout and Salmon fishing.
He fishes at
Rutland most days now, but usually gets time for a
week in Russia fly fishing for Atlantic Salmon and a
couple of breaks in Scotland on the River Nith, also
for salmon. He has also fished extensively in
Yorkshire on the rivers Wharfe, Aire and Nidd.
Ireland on the Delphi, Erriff, Screebe, Costello,
Bunowen and has fished the great limestone loughs of
Corrib, Carra and Mask. He has caught Pacific
Salmon and huge sturgeon in Canada.
